All staff and volunteers will adhere to a strict code of conduct, including:

-    Treating all children with respect and dignity.

    - Avoid any behavior that could be misconstrued or interpreted as inappropriate.

-    Not engaging in any physical, emotional, or verbal abuse.

Recruitment and Training

ORLI International Academy will implement thorough recruitment processes, including background checks, to ensure that all staff and volunteers working with children are suitable for their roles. Regular training on child protection issues will be provided to enhance awareness and competence.
